Nas EBK, a Bronx rapper, has been arrested again, this time on a second-degree murder charge, just weeks after being arrested on terroristic threats charges.
Nas EBK was arrested this week in connection with a fatal shooting in Times Square, according to HotNewHipHop. Nas EBK is accused of killing 22-year-old Idressa Siby on February 9 after an argument at the intersection of 44th Street and 8th Avenue in Times Square. The argument heated up, and EBK allegedly shot Siby in the right side of his chest.
The Bronx native has since denied wrongdoing, writing on Instagram, “INNOCENT!! ONLY GOD IS ABLE TO JUDGE ME!!! BE SURE TO COME HOME SOON!! “FREE THE GUYS!!”
The news comes less than a month after Nas EBK was arrested by US Marshals and charged with terroristic threats in connection with a YouTube prank video filmed in a local ShopRite.
The video, which was posted on Buba100x’s YouTube channel, shows Buba and EBK approaching shoppers and asking strange questions while screaming and acting aggressively. At one point, EBK grabbed an employee’s hat and threatened him. He can be heard saying, “Walk towards me again, and I’ll violate you.”
EBK was charged with unlawful weapon possession, simple assault, terroristic threats, and disorderly conduct. He is currently incarcerated in the Bergen County Jail.
